Signing the Letter of Intent 2. Submission of the Project for Examination and Approval The contract, articles of association and feasibility analysis report shall be prepared.3. Application for Land Use for Construction The letter of intent, project approval certificate, contract, articles of association, feasibility analysis report, duplicates of identity documents and identification card of the legal representative of the land assignee, the business license of the party as the land assignee, permit to use planned land for construction shall be prepared. And an application for land use for construction has to be filled in. 4. Obtaining Approval of Land Use for Construction The application for land use for construction, approved feasibility analysis report of the project, approval certificate by government authorities, identity documents and business license of the legal representative of the construction unit, permit to use planned land for construction and architectural drawings shall be provided. 5. Registration for Land Use Right and Property Ownership The application for property registration, identity documents of the legal representative, transference contract of land use right, testimonials of paid transference fees, approval certificate of capital construction, location map and other relevant papers shall be provided.
